Welcome to the website of New Prestwick Baptist Church in Ayr.

We are a warm and welcoming Baptist Fellowship of around 100 members with a good number of adherets and friends also worshipping with us. We are located at the Ayr-Prestwick boundary and have been here since 1889. We look to engage with our local community although our membership comes from around Ayrshire!

Our focus is that the word of God is central to all our gatherings and our Pastor, Kenneth Ross, is gifted in preaching and teaching. Our music worship is lively with a mix of traditional and contemporary praise.

We are committed to families and children in our services and we are active in evangelsim and mission.

CHURCH OUTING - Kelburn Park 27th June

A great day was had by all! We travelled to Kelburn and had lots of fun and games on a day where the weather was kind. A good number of folks came along and our numbers were added to by visitors from Larkhall. Children and families played together and had food and games culminating in a barb-e-que.

FAMILY AFTERNOON SERVICES - Sunday 5th July at 5pm (in place of usual 6.30pm service) and also August 2nd

All are welcome to our Sunday afternoon family service which be at 5pm - tea will be provded and the service will have something for everyone. This is a new departure for the church and we look forward to some new faces coming around. Please come along and join in this family occasion.

WIDE AWAKE CLUB - Aberlour Trust - July 6th - August 14th

The Aberlour Trust (Ardfin Road) will be in the church premises over the summer period. The Trust is very welcome and the children and families associated with the Trust will have space and facilities to undertake their activities. NPBC are very pleased to to welcome the Wide Awake Club once again.
